I am writing to apply for the post that you offer.Allow me to give some details about my qualifications first. I graduated from Heep Yunn School, the top English medium School in Kowloon in 2007. In the School, I am the 3rd amoung 97 students in terms of English Result. In 2005, I got an A in HKCEE English Language Paper, in which I got 4 A 1 B in all the five papers concerning English. In 2007, I got an A in HKALE Use of English, of which I got As in four of the five papers. They are: Listenign, Writing, Reading and Language Systems, as well as Oral.
As for other relevant awards, I am glad to tell you that I am the winner of the 2005 English langauage and Leadership Award organised by Hong Kong International School on 1 Red Hill Road, Tai Tam. I have spent 2 summers in Hong Kong International School studying Enlish Language, pronounciation and critical essay writing. I am also one of the semi-finalists for the Standard Chartard English Public Speaking Competition in Hong Kong.
As for relevant experience, I have been tutoring students ranging from P6 to F5 for about two years,most of them being English speaking stuents from EMI School or English speaking families in Kowloon Tong. I am patient and I love teaching kids. I have a brother who just finished primary school a year ago, therefore I believed I am capable of tracking and improving your child's performance in the English subject.
